Volunteer at FCD

FCD's home office in Newton, Massachusetts, is the center of the organization's national and international education services. We are always looking for volunteers who have an interest in our mission and who want to acquire or share real-world work experience.

As FCD's mission is education oriented, our administrative workload reflects the rhythm of the school year. However, there are always projects and everyday tasks that need attention. Volunteer hours are flexible within regular office hours.

Some of the tasks we can always use help with are: assisting the scheduling and development offices with database management, preparing reminder/confirmation notices and other time-sensitive mailings, and general administrative support.

One long-term project that is ideal for an internet-friendly person includes researching current news and other literature for information relating to FCD's work.
